I'm not a consultant with a deck.
I run my own businesses on the same tools I'll teach you. Every workflow I show you is one I built for myself first, broke a few times, and fixed at eleven at night.
That matters, because most AI help comes from one of two places: a big firm that will sell you a strategy document, or a developer who will build you something you can never touch again. Both leave you dependent.
I'd rather you learn it. We open the laptop, we make the thing, and I explain what I'm doing while I do it — the way I wish someone had explained it to me.
